Therefore, we are now looking for a new talent to join our Human Resources team starting as soon as possible. You will take the role as a Talent Supply Chain Lead to be part of our specialized talent management and scheduling function. You will be based in Stockholm and work towards our Nordic organization, where you get the opportunity to take a key part of delivering high performance to our clients on an international scale.
As a Talent Supply Chain Lead, you will have broad responsibilities in balancing our talent with client demands working with your team close to our project engagements and business leadership. You will play a key role in driving the talent agenda within our Consulting business all the while building a close-knit relationship with your HR team, and also play an important part in their career development. You will be responsible for acting as a senior advisor on our Talent Supply Chain-processes and supporting the daily staffing work of your team.

Our Corporate Functions provide deep expertise managing and operating cross Accenture’s diverse business. We work in a wide range of functional areas including human resources, marketing and communications, finance, quality control, legal, IT, facilities and services. Corporate function professionals make sure we increase our earnings and grow efficiently and effectively as a company. We must continually update our organization and evolve to meet the ever-changing demands of the marketplace and achieve higher performance both for ourselves and our clients. Corporate functions play a leading role in our strategic and operational programs, acting as the change agents within Accenture.

Responsibilities :


  • Drive the Talent and Supply & Demand agenda for your business practice together with leadership and HR
  • Understand competence and skills for your business practice to help your team match and balance availability & demand supporting the Talent Management agenda
  • Proactively manage and monitor scheduling KPI’s striving for high data quality today and even better forecasting for the future
  • Together with the Nordic HR Talent Supply Chain team, focus on understanding the business environment to determine, develop and execute innovative solutions to provide guidance and counsel to staffing matters and provide input into workforce planning activities 


  • University level degree in Business Administration/Economics or Human Resources
  • Preferably previous, extensive experience in HR-tasks, e.g. recruiting, HR administration or resourcing coordination 
  • Experience from team leadership, people responsibility and/or diverse, complex work environments is beneficial
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills 
  • Proactive and structured way of working, with eye to detail 
  • Engagement and interest in working with Talent Management closely linked to business strategy
  • To be successful in the role, you can remain confident under pressure and easily navigate in a complex environment 
  • You are fluent in both Swedish and English
