The Communications, Media & Technology (CMT) Operating Group supports the Communications Industry, Electronics and High Tech, and Media and Entertainment industries.


Accenture is currently seeking to recruit Management Consultants with different profiles to work in our CMT Practice. Specifically, we are interested in expertise within:


  • Operations / Supply Chain Management
  • Marketing, Sales & Customer Service
  • Human Capital


As a Management Consultant within CMT you will work closely with our clients to transform their organization in the shift “from the old to the new”. We support our clients to think digital and be digital.
As a CMT Operations / Supply Chain Management Consultant you will work closely with our clients to implement strategies, transform organizations and conduct end-to-end process improvements to help enhance business performance within the fields of Operations, Supply Chain Management, Continuous Improvement, Lean Six Sigma, Working Capital Reduction, Sourcing & Procurement etc.


As a CMT Sales & Customer Service Consultant, you will work with and deliver outcome-focused services that address both sales and customer service challenges. The work includes enabling The Chief Operations Officer (COO) and/or Head of CRM’s agenda(s) by capitalizing on the service experience for retention and growth and excelling at delivering the service promise across channels. The work can also include enabling the Chief Sales Officer’s agenda by delivering results when it matters most - from sales operations and execution excellence to driving growth across sales channels.

As a CMT Human Capital Consultant you will work with clients to identify their most critical business goals, and then align human capital strategy, leadership, HR, analytics, enterprise learning and organization change capability to help deliver positive, measurable outcomes. The work also includes working with organization change: from broad organization transformation, to change management work following a systems implementation or other business initiative, to building internal change capabilities to support a company’s ongoing needs.

A typical project duration is 2-12 months and clients include many of the leading communications, media & technology companies in the Nordics.

Key responsibilities:

  • Address both strategic and operational issues
  • Drive diagnosis and value assessment in order to identify value creation opportunities for clients
  • Analyze existing client capabilities and organization
  • Identify opportunities for improvement to existing transformation offerings and contribute to client proposals
  • Guide teams through issue identification and work plan development using problem solving principles and past experience
  • Work seamlessly with the Accenture team and our clients' own resources to ensure that the recommendations are implemented
  • Establish and develop long term client relationships based on trust and delivery of sustainable results
  • Contribute to the CMT Management Consulting practice with thought leadership and team capability development

Prior experience:

  • Several years of practical experience working within a relevant field, preferably in the consulting industry
  • Good understanding of at least one of the Communications, Media and Technology (CMT) industries
  • Project management experience is an advantage
  • MSc in Engineering or Business, with top-of-class results

  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet client travel requirements, in Sweden and internationally, if applicable

Language requirements


  • You are fluent in English and Swedish
