Accenture has five offices in Sweden: Stockholm (3), Gothenburg and Malmö.
The Service Team at the head office in Stockholm mainly provides internal services to the 800 employees assigned to Stockholm but are available to all employees in Sweden, approximately 1000 people. 
In 2013 Accenture acquired Fjord, which is now a part of Accenture AB. Fjord has kept their strong brand in towards clients and maintain their own studio space at Kungstensgatan, Stockholm. 
The studio is approximately 1000 sqm and has about 60 workstations in an open office environment and meeting rooms for workshops and project spaces split over two floors.

Job Summary:  
A workplace representative shall independently carry out all the services in his/her area of responsibility. 
The scope of the job includes a wide range of services and/or activities including routine tasks to be completed independently according to office guidelines. The Workplace Service Representative prioritizes and completes assigned standardized tasks following general guidelines to meet defined goals. He/she also assists each customer by providing individualized attention, accurate information, efficient service and timely follow-up. 
The position is full time, 8.00 AM – 5.00 PM. There might be situations were flexibility is required e.g. events at the office.


  • Studio Space
    • Ensure the office is kept tidy with special focus on meeting and workshop rooms to ensure these spaces are kept clear of waste / leftover material, paper, pens and that cables and other room furnishings are kept clear and well organized.
    • Stock and maintain appearance of general use areas with an emphasis on the kitchen/client areas and in ensuring consistent supply of material and markers for meeting rooms
    • Ensure security policies are upheld.
    • Turn off (morning) and on (evening) the building security alarm system.
    • Act as fire coordinator and responsible for the locations exercise assessment. May participate in training related to this roll.
    • Manage admission and welcoming of guests to the Fjord studio

  • Fjord Events
    • Support with catering and supplies for lunch or workshop events as required
    • Maintain routines for ordering of food/refreshments for events and tracking of cost allocation
    • Maintain routine for internal Studio Friday breakfasts
    • Drive booking and management of bi-monthly Fjord Fun team outings

  • Supplier Management
    • Ordering office supplies and catering on demand
    • Be contact for and follow up on suppliers – cleaners, refreshments, coffee, plants and office supplies
    • Invoice handling through a web based tool



  • Strong customer service skills. 
  • Ability to multitask i.e. stress resistance.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Accuracy and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Previous experience using a computer and web based tools. Fjord uses Mac computers. 
  • Good oral and written skills including English language. Fjord is a multicultural organization. 
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance. 
  • Prestige less and humble but also firm when needed. 
  • Ability to take own responsibility. 
  • Full proficiency in Swedish is a must
