We are looking for a Sales Program Management professional for our Sales Effectiveness team in Sweden. This is a chance to gain valuable sales work experience, get insight into Accenture’s sphere of business development and position yourself for future sales responsibilities.

 

The Sales Effectiveness team works across the Client Service Groups and Growth Platforms to help the sales and client teams win more by communicating value propositions effectively and managing the sales process and proposals. Our main services are:


  • BID MANAGEMENT: Bid and proposal managers, proposal content and guiding and coaching on the Accenture sales process, tools and methods
  • WIN COMMUNICATION: Identify differentiators that are strong enough to make Accenture win, and articulate these in compelling messaging and media that can contribute to making Accenture stand out in all client touch-points.
  • SALES TRAINING: Organize trainings and programs to increase Accenture Nordic sales capabilities. We design and facilitate trainings that introduce participants to the Accenture Sales Framework and core sales concepts and methods.
  • SALES INTELLIGENCE: Informed insight in what is happening in the market, trends, contract activity and Accenture's market position in the Nordics and respective countries. How to prepare ourselves for the upcoming opportunities defined by the trends.
  • INNOVATION WORKSHOPS: Help account teams in using creative ideation techniques like design thinking to identify sales opportunities in the New-internally within the account or together with clients.

 

Tasks

As our new Sales Program Management Analyst, you will have the possibility of varied work within the areas above. Typical tasks include:


  • Work with sales and client teams across Client Service Groups and Growth Platforms in various sales processes
  • Work actively with our Nordic and Indian Sales Effectiveness colleagues to build your sales skills and share best practices.
  • Manage bid processes through proper coordination, tracking and reporting.
  • Own the proposal documentation and ensure successful delivery of the proposal together with the bid manager
  • Be responsible for gathering available standard proposal content, CV's and credentials and ensure all client requirements are met
  • Ensure relevant internal policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Facilitate meetings and work sessions with bid teams
  • Be a guide for and participate in further development of best practices for bid processes and proposal work
  • Participate in shaping win strategies and proposal storylines for specific sales situations, and guide proposal contributors to bring out win messages in the bid and orals storyline
  • Explore marketing options to support the sales effort, and manage the work of vendors or internal parties creating marketing deliverables

 


We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:


  • Relevant experience within sales, consulting or administration
  • Proactive and service minded attitude, and an interest in sales
  • Structured and quality oriented way of working
  • Project management skills (bid processes are similar to mini projects)
  • Proposal authoring and copywriting skills
  • Creative eye and idea-rich mind to brainstorm different marketing and proposal materials
  • Excellent Swedish and English language skills
  • Workshop facilitation skills considered an advantage
  • MS Office skills
