Therefore, we are now looking for a new talent to join our Human Resources team. The role is an HR Talent Advisor and is part of our specialized HR function, Talent Supply Chain. You will be based in Stockholm and work towards our Nordic organization, where you get the opportunity to be a key part of delivering high performance to our clients on an international scale. This is a 12 months temporary role.

As an HR Talent Advisor, you are a key player in the supply and demand agenda, meaning that you will be responsible for staffing the right internal talents to the right project roles in Accenture’s consulting business. You have extensive responsibility and work independently in your team, close to our project teams and leadership. You will be responsible for the daily staffing process while working towards different productivity metrics.  


  • Independently drive the staffing process within a designated unit, where you together with business leadership balance the supply & demand agenda 
  • Support the talent management agenda of your unit in an advisory manner, understanding competence and skills, to effectively match supply and demand together with leadership for both clients and employees 
  • Manage and monitor scheduling metrics
  • Data quality is top priority, therefore strive for high data quality and assurance
  • General administrative tasks to maintain the supply and demand agenda
  • Play an important role in proactively determining, developing and executing innovative solutions to further improve the scheduling process 


  • Recently graduated with a university level degree in Business, Administration/Economics, Human Resources or similar.
  • Experience in HR related tasks is , for example recruiting, HR administration or staffing coordination or corresponding 
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills 
  • Proactive and structured way of working, with eye to both detail and larger context
  • Engagement and interest in working with Talent Management in a closely business-linked HR role 
  • To be successful in the role, you can remain confident under pressure and easily find your way in complex environments 
  • You are fluent in both Swedish and English
