The Nordic Corporate Development and Transaction Services (CDTS) team at Accenture is growing and is therefore looking to recruit a Business Advisor within Finance at Analyst level to the Stockholm office.

The Corporate Development & Transaction Services (CDTS) team is part of the Global finance organization and works on Accenture's large and complex deal opportunities and to a smaller extent acquisitions and joint ventures made by Accenture. The CDTS team interacts on a daily basis with leadership in deal structuring activities, applying commercial and analytical skills to create compelling business cases and financial value propositions for Nordic clients, or identifying and leading profitable growth opportunities through inorganic means such as acquisitions or joint ventures. The role includes evaluating financial investment performance, creating valuation models, pricing models and performing market and competitive assessments to support Accenture’s investment decisions (organic and inorganic), and ensure that deals are priced and costed appropriately and compliant with US GAAP principles.

Key responsibilities includes:


  • Handling initial analysis of project viability and pricing 
  • Produce insightful qualitative analysis 
  • Define and mitigate financial risk
  • Work closely with business development team during negotiations 
  • Ensure the business case is deliverable and profitable


We are looking for high-performing individuals who meet the following qualifications:


  • Master’s degree in relevant field (e.g. Economics, Finance, Business, Statistics)
  • Basic understanding of accounting and corporate finance 
  • Solid skills in Microsoft Office, particular Excel (primary tool) 
  • Fluent in English and Swedish (both written and spoken) 
  • 0-2 years relevant work experience.
