Who are you? 

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst. Responsibilities include working on digital business strategy engagements, leading or supporting the business track on digital marketing implementation projects and operationalizing and optimizing the marketing part of the wide range of digital initiatives.

We think that you have:

  • Relevant education and potentially also work experience relating to digital marketing & sales, working hands-on within one or more of the areas below:
    • Marketing and Customer analytics (e.g. segmentation and targeting with advanced tools such as SAS, R, SPSS etc.)
    • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
    • Mobile Marketing
    • Social Media Marketing (SMM)
    • Campaign Management
    • Customer loyalty
    • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
    • Marketing Automation
  • A detailed understanding of digital marketing functionalities and business needs for optimizing marketing investments based on advanced analytical approaches
  • Strong analytical skills - can find, understand and analyze things that are not obvious or lie behind the surface
  • Strategic understanding of how all aspects of Digital Marketing & Sales co-exist to improve profitability
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting
  • Positive attitude, open and inspiring personality, strong in building relationships
  • Strong aptitude, motivation and interest in transforming business problems into solutions
  • Relevant university degree. E.g. Master of Science in Business, IT, Master of Science in Engineering (MSE) or other quantitative area
  • Ability to travel within Nordics

We see that you should be able to:

  • Take on the role as a critical team member in both implementation projects as well as in business development and strategy engagements 
  • Support in developing digital marketing strategy for Accenture clients including performing rigorous analysis to identify potential value creating opportunities, creating the business case and developing the requirements to implement the strategy.
  • Collaborate with Accenture project teams and establish relationships with the key client stakeholders who are responsible for digital initiatives and also play the role of a trusted advisor.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree with focus on business, marketing and/or technology and top-of-class results

Language requirements 
  • You are fluent in English and Swedish; other languages are considered an asset
