- Job description

  • The Products European Client Data Protection (CDP) Lead will be responsible for CDP compliance tracking and improvement efforts for all six European Client Service Groups. They will support the European DOO and Quality leads and Global CDP lead with particular focus on the Diamond, Emerging Diamond, Foundation, Portfolio and high risk accounts.
  • Client Data Protection is vital for Accenture, and is supported from the very top of the company. With the recent virus attacks across several major corporation and with new legislation coming up, CDP compliance is the centre to ensure Security and Data Protection with the work and results visible up to our global Leadership
Client Data Protection Lead (Level 9-10)
  • Support PRD Europe DOO and Quality lead in driving Client Data Protection compliance across all accounts
  • CDP processes and coordinate CDP activities across all parts of PRD Europe
  • Necessary training given.  
  • CDP Lead will work with all levels of our organization.
  • Monitors compliance with management processes, identified issues, and track corrective actions as necessary across multiple accounts and geographies
  • Work with Client Account teams, Solution Architects, Sales Leads and leadership to ensure timely compliance of CDP goals
  • Works with engagement information security leads and account information security leads to improve compliance and issue resolution
  • Experience: Consulting, Delivery or Finance/Business Operations – but all candidates will be considered
  • Advanced English Level (spoken and written)
  • Personal Skills: Good structure, Interpersonal Communication, Proactivity, Driver, Team Player
Professional Skill Requirements
  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Desire to work in a business operation environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Some excel experience would be good (vlook up or mail merge experience)
  • Some business acumen would also be helpful; some experience in delivery would be good.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Good English – spoken and written
  • Organised and diligent to ensure consistent follow-up
  • An ex finance (CFM) person would be a good but not a mandate

  Work from Home Office if preferred.
