Accenture has a very strong footprint in e-Commerce and Content Management, helping our clients develop strategies to achieve sales growth and operational efficiencies across multiple channels. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our Client Service Group ‘Products’. This role will involve building strong and sustainable client relationships, pre-sales and development of winning solutions for our clients with the right economics.


The Client Service Group ‘Products’ plays a critical role in helping Accenture's clients achieve high performance across a range of industry groups (Retail, Consumer Goods and Services, Construction, Automotive, Industrial, Travel). People deployed to the Products Client Service Group are responsible for managing client relationships while providing real industry insight and expertise.

The right candidate will be given the opportunity to shape and lead a consulting team, and to develop Accenture’s value proposition in e-Commerce towards the market. This role will involve working with cross-functional Accenture teams, as well as client representatives.




  • Support and document current state content assessments (process, people and technology)
  • Support content requirements, and work with the team in creating content strategy deliverables such as content audits, gap analysis, taxonomy/metadata frameworks, content migration strategy, recommended content management processes, conceptual technology architecture, governance structure etc.
  • Define a future state vision for process, people and technology, and collaborate with Master Data Management Specialists, IAs, designers, Change Management specialists etc. to define a solution roadmap to achieve the future state vision
  • Develop work estimates, savings and business cases for the solution roadmap
  • Provide guidance on governance and change management implications of projects, and engage those appropriate to ensure solutions considering these aspects
  • Support/develop work estimates for digital content management implementations during the sales cycle
  • Support proposal efforts in new sales activities


What we're looking for


You have substantial experience from multi-channel strategy and delivery within Content management solutions. You have or have had a pre-sales role, in the early solution and conceptual design phase, working jointly with sales and delivery to shape large scale content management solutions. The successful candidate will be a contributor to the creation of firm wide content management best practices through the identification of reusable project-level assets and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest technologies. Adept candidates will also demonstrate excellent knowledge of the market and provide thought leadership on leading trends and practices.





Role Specific

  • Providing consultancy, ideas and knowledge to assist clients with their Content management and multi-channel visions, strategies and roadmaps
  • Knowledge of and interest in Content Management business processes, technologies and industry trends
  • Developing compelling business propositions that meet commercial requirements
  • Estimation and planning - including estimates, release plans, staffing plan, assumptions, and risks based on documented scope and a set of dependencies
  • Strong merit if you have experience from the following systems/applications:

    • Adobe
    • Episerver
    • Microsoft
    • SiteCore

  • Strong problem solving skills


Education: Bachelor level and above

Language: English and Swedish
