For our Stockholm office, we are currently looking to recruit Experienced IT Service Management Consultants.

The key aspects of this work include:

  • Develop and deliver strategies and solutions for IT Service Management transformation including business case, architecture, and choice of technology platform
  • Lead and participate in IT Service Management and IT Process optimization activities helping our clients build leading IT Service organizations
  • Working in collaboration with Accenture’s global network of experts and delivery centers
  • Leadership responsibilities, leading a team of local resources or coordinating off-shore deliveries, acting as the main interface towards the client
  • Conduct workshops to analyze the client's business processes to find improvements as well as documenting business requirements

Experience and Qualifications:


  • You must have an IT consulting background with at least 1 year of working experience in project management and/or delivery
  • The candidate is expected to develop into a subject-matter-expert role or a project leadership role based on a solid broad technical foundation.
  • Degree majoring in Industrial Engineering & Management, Computer Science, IT or Electrical Engineering – M.Sc./ preferred, with excellent academic record
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in at least one of the below areas:

    • Service management from an IT perspective
    • Process analysis, build and implementation
    • Change management skills to secure build of identified capabilities as well as implementation of identified processes/ process change
    • Experience in IT Service Support Management (ITSSM) Tools such as BMC Remedy, HP Service Manager, CA Service Desk Manager or Service-Now
  • Additional qualifications of value include ITIL/CoBiT certifications
  • Fluency in English and Swedish
  • Flexibility to work across the Nordic countries
