As the Cloud First Salesforce.com Sales Account Executive Senior Manager, you will play a critical role interacting with our industry teams to define the overall strategy and priorities with respect to SaaS opportunities, helping to drive demand in the market. You will be responsible for filling the sales pipeline specifically for Salesforce opportunities and working together with our industry go to market leads and solution architects to manage the sales pursuits through the entire lifecycle using deep sales process and offering expertise. You will develop and direct the sales efforts for new client target acquisition and/or direct the efforts to ensure execution of sales strategies geared toward protecting and growing business with existing clients. As a successful candidate, you will be primarily responsible for one of the Nordic region with primary focus on Financial Services and Products operating group clients, with secondary focus being the CMT, HPS and Resources operating group clients.

 

You will have the following responsibilities:

 

  • Sales Origination & Business Development: Position Accenture as the lead partner for Salesforce.com with our clients and alliance partners. Identify new business opportunities relating to Salesforce.com initiatives. Accountable for sales targets for the Salesforce.com part of the practice.
  • Relationship Development: Develop and leverage existing relationships with potential buyers through personal meetings, presentations, speaking engagements, business networking, telephone calls, personal emails, personal mailings, business forums, direct marketing, and/or other business or social outings. Effectively
    engage with the C-suite to maintain their continued support of the Accenture proposition. You must also be able to successfully manage and engage with our Salesforce.com key alliance Account Executives and Regional Vice Presidents partners to ensure alignment on go-to-market activities for key accounts
  • Client Demand Stimulation and Opportunity Generation: Identify specific sales opportunities within existing and prospective clients within the SaaS space. Engage in activities focused at generating client awareness of the firm and/or demand for its Services (may include developing/sending promotional materials, presenting in
    business forums, charitable activities, and business associations, organizing alliance industry events, internal Accenture account team education and awareness activities etc.). Influence client's selection process and evaluation criteria
  • Sales Process Leadership: Lead Sales Process for specific approved opportunities. Construct and execute opportunity plan, including win themes, win tactics & action plan, relationship plan, and price-to-win Establish qualification and win strategy and power map.

  • Minimum of 8 years of consulting sales experience
  • Minimum of 2+ years in selling SaaS based solutions
  • Proven track record in a solution selling environment
  • Knowledge of the key Cloud First SaaS platform ie Salesforce
  • Master's Degree
