Deliver people-centric service strategies and ensure the service design is based on properly defined, prioritized and measurable business goals, a sound business model and positioning, and carefully aligned with the client#s organizational and institutional drivers and the broader business ecosystem. Works collaboratively with other disciplines and with clients to ground innovative services in a business context.

Primary responsibilities
Evolution experiences for Fjord and Accenture
Collaborating with the Evolution team on the design and delivery of Fjord and Accenture learning experiences (in cooperation with experts across the group) providing training/coaching to our Fjord employees

  • Serving as an instructor and facilitator in learning experiences
  • Managing projects with the team and facilitating the communication/collaboration between Evolution and the individual studios
  • Staying up to date on Service Design and DPC developments across the studios and bringing new or updating existing methodologies into the Evolution method set
  • Coordinating intensives with the FE team—making sure that key info is extracted from the individual studios, identifying change agents, and supporting the delivery either through the studios or through FE
  • Supporting and critical ‘eyes’ for Evolution learning experience platform and communication materials 
  • Planning, coordinating, and executing projects and programs.
  • Contribute to proprietary research and thought leadership that further establishes Fjord as one of the eminent sources of service design thinking.

Required Professional Skills:
Candidates must have at least 8+ years of experience working as a design, design research or design strategy professional, or in a related role in teaching design.  In addition, candidates should be very familiar with design research methods and good design process in general.
