Hi Jenny, what is your role at Accenture?
I work as a recruiter and I am responsible for screening applications and booking interviews with interesting candidates for Accenture. 

What are you looking for in a CV?
We are looking for candidates with a good academic record, and preferably interests besides their studies. This could be school engagements, sports activities or individual projects. We also look for relevant work experience and consider it a plus if you have studied or worked abroad

What is your best advice for a successful application?
Make a good impression! Explain what makes you stand out from other candidates and how your strengths can benefit Accenture. I also look for a well written and structured letter that shows a genuine interest in Accenture and a career in consulting. Your personal letter should also include examples that show you are driven, ambitious, extrovert and have good communications skills.

What personal qualities are you looking for in a candidate?
We are looking for people who will enjoy a work environment based on teamwork and sharing knowledge with others. Our core values say a lot about Accenture as a company.

Do you have some advice on how to prepare for an interview at Accenture?
Be yourself, let us get to know you and don’t be afraid to ask questions. One of the interviews is case based and I would advice that you prepare ways of presenting and handling a case study, to demonstrate your problem solving skills. But most importantly, relax and enjoy your interview day and remember that you are here because we believe you are a good candidate.
