The goal is to realize its digitization ambitions by building and operating a global network and communications platform.
Customers now expect to use their preferred communication channels at all times, whether that is video, email or in person, as well as their favorite digital devices, such as smartphones and laptops. Switching between these channels needs to be seamless and provide an integrated user experience.
To address these new customer needs, Allianz is providing innovative new services, such as fast quoting. To build a next-generation secure network infrastructure that enables such services, significant investments and profound transformation is required. Allianz and Accenture have partnered to transform current networks, which consisted of more than 100 separate infrastructures, into the Allianz Global Network, enabling seamless communication across continents, services, and complex team structures.
