Tracey Countryman is the Global Industry X.0 Lead for chemicals, metals, mining and oil and gas at Accenture. Her deep industry experience extends to business processes, operational excellence, IT/OT strategy, digital strategies and organizational design to deliver value to our clients. A strong business development professional, Tracey graduated with a Management degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Simon Coombs is the cross industry Digital Plant lead in Europe for Accenture’s Resources Industry X.0 practice – deploying combinations of highly intelligent and connected digital solutions to enable new sources of value for our clients. He has over 30 years of experience working with asset and energy intensive industries around the world. His experience brings together his skills as an electrical engineer, largescale IT and data solutions, real-time automation control OT solutions with business transformation programmes to help deliver new ways of working.
