Job Summary

As a Recruiting Associate Manager, you will drive the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of business groups within Accenture Egypt. You’ll work closely with business leaders and HR partners to develop and execute sourcing strategies, identify top talent, and deliver a seamless candidate experience. This is a highly hands-on role that combines strategic partnership with deep operational execution across the full recruiting lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with Accenture’s business priorities and local market conditions.

  • Partner with business and HR stakeholders to understand workforce plans, define role requirements, and advise on sourcing approaches.

  • Support employer branding efforts and participate in recruitment marketing, events, and campaigns that enhance Accenture’s market presence.

  • Drive initiatives that promote inclusion and diversity in all stages of the recruitment process.

Day-to-Day Operational Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage all stages of the recruitment process—from requisition intake and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.

  • Sourcing & Talent Pipelining: Identify, engage, and nurture active and passive candidates through multiple channels (social media, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach).

  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate assessments, behavioral interviews, and competency evaluations to ensure a strong match with business needs.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to refine job descriptions, selection criteria, and interview processes.

  • Market Intelligence: Provide ongoing updates on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity to support strategic hiring decisions.

  • Candidate Experience: Deliver a high-quality, engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment journey.

  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency, enhance candidate quality, and leverage data for continuous improvement.

  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with Accenture policies and local labor regulations, maintaining accurate and timely data within the applicant tracking system (ATS).

  • Analytics: Track key performance metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction to inform recruitment strategy and reporting.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

  • 6–10 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a multinational or professional services environment.

  • Experience hiring across multiple functions (e.g., Technology, Consulting, Corporate, or Operations).

Skills & Competencies

  • Proven expertise in sourcing and market mapping within the Egypt talent landscape.

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics tools.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

  • Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
