Job Summary:
As a Recruiter at Accenture, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s dynamic workforce needs. You will collaborate with hiring managers, HR teams, and business leaders to deliver a seamless recruitment experience while ensuring alignment with Accenture’s values, diversity goals, and business objectives.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition:

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

    • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging social media, job boards, employee referrals, and other channels.

    • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

  • Stakeholder Management:

    • Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.

    • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, offering insights on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices.

  • Candidate Experience:

    • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

    • Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.

  • Diversity and Inclusion:

    • Drive Accenture’s commitment to diversity and inclusion by implementing strategies to attract diverse talent.

    • Ensure compliance with Accenture’s policies and local labor laws.

  • Data and Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

    • Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 4-7 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, techniques, and best practices.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.

  • A passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in recruiting for technology, consulting, or professional services roles.

  • Familiarity with the consulting industry business and culture.

  • Certification in recruitment or HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR, or equivalent, LinkedIn recruiter certified).
