Program Overview

Join our 2-month immersive Supply Chain & Operations Graduate Training Program, designed to build Saudi national talent in the fields of supply chain, procurement, and operational excellence. This hands-on training will expose you to strategic transformation initiatives across high-impact industries such as Oil & Gas, Utilities, Retail, and Logistics.

The program is part of our national development initiative and is an excellent launchpad for a career in consulting and digital operations.

What You Will Learn

  • Key principles of supply chain transformation, sourcing & procurement, and operations strategy

  • Real-world exposure to capital projects, manufacturing optimization, and smart services

  • How to support performance improvement analysis and proposal development

  • Client delivery methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration

  • Tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics platforms

Who Should Apply

This program is designed for Saudi nationals with academic backgrounds in:

  • Supply Chain Management

  • Industrial Engineering

  • Operations Management

  • Logistics

  • Business Administration

  • Management Information Systems (MIS)

  • Engineering (with focus on manufacturing or process improvement)

Note: Jadarat registration is required to be considered.

Program Requirements

  • Recent graduate

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in teams and thrive in dynamic environments

  • Arabic fluency and good command of English

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

  • Internship, Tamheer, or Co-op experience in supply chain or consulting

  • Exposure to consulting projects or performance improvement work

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
