The Practice – A Brief Sketch
The GN Management Consulting Group is part of Accenture Strategy. We help clients create strategies that sit at the intersection of business and technology — driving value, designing future-focused business models, and enabling transformation across industries.
What You Would Do
As a Manager – Public Services – Data & AI Strategy, you will:
- Develop and implement data and AI strategies aligned with client objectives and regulatory landscapes
- Lead AI model design, deployment, and platform integration for public sector modernization
- Define and implement data operating models, governance structures, and responsible AI frameworks
- Oversee data quality management, data integration, and architecture design
- Leverage analytics to derive actionable insights for public service delivery improvement
- Collaborate directly with public sector stakeholders, translating strategic vision into technology roadmaps
- Manage and mentor teams of data scientists, analysts, and AI specialists
- Drive end-to-end delivery of data and AI initiatives within scope, time, and budget
- Stay ahead of emerging data and AI technologies, translating them into client impact
- Establish KPIs and measure the performance and impact of AI/data initiatives
- Ensure compliance with NDMO, DAMA, and ethical AI principles across all deliverables
Public Service Experience – What We Look For
We expect candidates to have strategy consulting experience in at least one of the following Public Services sub-industries:
- Social Services: Employment, Pensions, Education, Child Welfare, Digital Citizen Services
- Education
- Global Critical Infrastructure Services: Smart Cities, Urban Planning, City Operating Models
- Admin Domains: Citizen Experience, Federal Funds Strategy, Revenue, Post & Parcel
Skills and Qualifications Expected
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Public Policy, or related fields
- 9+ years of relevant consulting and strategic leadership experience
- Strong AI solutioning and data architecture acumen
- Familiarity with NDMO, DAMA, and public-sector data frameworks
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder environments
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Arabic fluency is a plus
