Job title: HR Operations Analyst
Work Location: Cairo, Egypt
Role Overview
As an HR Operations professional at Accenture, you will support the operational functions of the HR department, ensuring the efficient delivery of HR services and processes. You will play a key role in data management, reporting, and the administration of HR programs, contributing to a seamless employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management: Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
Reporting & Analytics: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on HR metrics, providing insights to support decision-making and improve HR processes.
HR Administration: Assist with the administration of HR programs, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Policy Compliance: Ensure that HR operations comply with local labor laws and Accenture policies, supporting audits and compliance checks as needed.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation within HR operations, helping to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Support: Provide support to employees and managers on HR-related queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Qualifications
Key Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 0-3 years of experience in HR operations or a related administrative role.
Required Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills in English & Arabic, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
