SAP MM / IM Consultant
The Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on SAP MM/IM Consultant to support the implementation and operationalization of Materials Management (MM) and Inventory Management (IM) processes in a major SAP transformation program. This role will focus on procurement processing, stock movements, material valuation, and integration with Finance (FI) and Ariba systems to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute day-to-day SAP MM/IM activities, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, goods issues, stock transfers, and inventory adjustments.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to gather requirements, validate process flows, and ensure integration with Finance and Ariba.
Support configuration and validation of material master, vendor master, valuation classes, stock types, and movement types.
Assist in unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for MM/IM processes.
Support data migration, cutover, and reconciliation of inventory and procurement data to ensure accurate go-live.
Track and resolve system issues or process gaps, escalating critical defects as needed.
Maintain documentation of MM/IM configurations, business processes, testing results, and reports.
Provide support and guidance on SAP MM/IM best practices, process improvements, and compliance with procurement policies.
Actively participate in workshops, meetings, and project stand-ups to ensure timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills with hands-on SAP MM/IM expertise."
Key Qualifications:
- Egyptian national
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Experience in SAP MM/IM domain
