SAP HCM Workforce- Job & Position (JS) Associate Manager
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on SAP Workforce Job & Position (JS) Consultant to support a major SAP transformation program. This role will focus on the design, configuration, and management of job and position structures within SAP HCM, ensuring alignment with organizational hierarchy and workforce planning. The ideal candidate will collaborate with HR, payroll, and reporting teams to enable accurate workforce administration and ensure compliance with SAP standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Configuration & Management:
Configure SAP Job and Position structures, including reporting lines, job descriptions, and position hierarchies.
Ensure alignment of job and position structures with organizational hierarchy and workforce planning requirements.
Integration Management:
Ensure seamless integration of job and position structures with Employee Central, Payroll, and Time & Attendance modules.
Collaborate with technical teams to maintain data accuracy and system functionality across modules.
Requirement Gathering & Solution Design:
Participate in gathering business requirements and designing solutions for job and position management.
Validate and implement solutions that align with business needs and SAP best practices.
Testing & Quality Assurance:
Support testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Ensure the accuracy and reliability of job and position data for workforce administration.
Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting:
Identify and resolve configuration issues and system gaps related to workforce structures.
Provide ongoing support to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
Documentation & Training:
Prepare and maintain functional specifications, process documentation, and test scripts.
Support business users during UAT, go-live, and hypercare phases by providing training and guidance.
Collaboration & Compliance:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain SAP standards and compliance with organizational policies.
Stay updated on SAP best practices and relevant regulatory changes.
Communication & Coordination:
Demonstrate strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and team members.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
3+ years of experience in SAP Job and Position (JS) configuration and support.
Proven experience in integrating job and position structures with Employee Central, Payroll, and Time & Attendance modules.
Hands-on experience in SAP HCM Job and Position Management and related modules.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in SAP Job and Position configuration, including reporting lines, job descriptions, and position hierarchies.
Proficiency in integration with Employee Central, Payroll, and Time & Attendance modules.
Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors and other SAP HCM solutions.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and process efficiency.
Certifications (Preferred):
SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors certification.
SAP Job and Position Management certification.
