SAP Workforce- Integration Manager (HCM)
We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on SAP Workforce Integration Manager to support a major SAP transformation program. This role will focus on leading the integration of Workforce Management processes with other SAP HCM modules and enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow, process alignment, and compliance with SAP standards. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and functional leads to deliver robust and scalable integration solutions that meet organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Integration Design & Implementation:
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of integrations between Workforce Management and SAP HCM modules.
Ensure integration solutions align with business requirements, SAP best practices, and organizational goals.
Business Analysis & Technical Specifications:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed technical integration specifications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
Collaboration & Development:
Work closely with technical teams to develop, test, and deploy interfaces that ensure seamless data flow and process alignment.
Act as a key liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Data Management & ETL Activities:
Oversee data mapping, extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Support data migration and validation efforts during the integration process.
Testing & Quality Assurance:
Lead and support testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Validate integration solutions to ensure accuracy, performance, and compliance with business needs.
Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain comprehensive integration documentation, including technical specifications, test cases, and support guides.
Ensure compliance with SAP standards, governance policies, and organizational regulations.
Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement:
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance integration efficiency and reliability.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Participate in workshops, functional reviews, and cross-team meetings to ensure alignment of integration solutions with business objectives.
Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to provide updates and manage expectations.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
8+ years of experience in SAP HCM/Workforce Management integration roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
Proven experience in leading SAP integration projects in large-scale transformation programs.
Strong understanding of Workforce Management processes and integration points with SAP HCM and other enterprise systems.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in SAP integration tools and technologies, including SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, and ABAP.
Proficiency in data mapping, ETL processes, and interface development.
Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors and other SAP HCM modules.
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Certifications (Preferred):
SAP Workforce Management or SAP HCM certification.
SAP Integration Suite certification.
