We are seeking for a new talent to join the Business & Technology Integration team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate on an ERP roadmap implementation project.
Job Description:
Accenture is seeking an experienced and hands-on SAP Cutover Lead to manage the transition from legacy systems to SAP, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. This critical role will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all cutover activities across Human Capital Management (HCM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Finance (FIN) workstreams. The SAP Cutover Lead will work closely with functional teams, technical teams, and the PMO to ensure a successful go-live and smooth hypercare support. This position requires exceptional organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills to deliver seamless transitions in multi-workstream SAP projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the overall cutover strategy, scope, and success criteria to ensure a smooth transition to SAP systems.
- Develop detailed cutover plans, including timelines, task ownership, and dependencies across functional, technical, and business teams.
- Coordinate mock cutovers, validations, and readiness checkpoints to ensure go-live preparedness.
- Ensure alignment and collaboration between technical, functional, and business teams for go-live activities.
- Track and resolve cutover issues, escalating critical items to PMO and project leadership as necessary.
- Report status, risks, and dependencies to PMO and project leadership, ensuring transparency and proactive risk management.
- Support hypercare planning and post-go-live stabilization to ensure business continuity and system performance.
- Provide strong coordination and problem-solving across multi-workstream SAP projects, ensuring successful delivery.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading cutover activities for large-scale SAP transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules, including HCM, SCM, and FIN, and their integration within enterprise systems.
- Expertise in cutover planning, execution, and hypercare support.
- Exceptional organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage complex dependencies and resolve issues across technical, functional, and business teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, SAP certifications) preferred.
