SAP Learning Management System (LMS) Lead
Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP LMS Lead to drive the design, configuration, and delivery of SAP Learning Management System (LMS) processes as part of a major SAP transformation program. This role will focus on learning administration, course management, user enrollment, certification tracking, and integration with HCM modules to support workforce development initiatives.
The SAP LMS Lead will collaborate closely with HR, Training, and technical teams to ensure effective learning processes, compliance, and seamless reporting that align with organizational goals and enhance employee development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP LMS solutions, including learning administration, course management, user enrollment, and certification tracking.
Ensure seamless integration of SAP LMS with HCM modules and other SAP systems.
Collaborate with HR, Training, and technical teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational learning objectives.
Monitor and resolve issues related to LMS processes, ensuring system reliability and data accuracy.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulations, and industry standards in all learning processes.
Provide expertise in SAP LMS functionality and best practices to optimize system performance and user experience.
Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities for LMS solutions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance LMS processes and system capabilities.
Generate and deliver reports on learning metrics, course completion, and certification tracking to support workforce development initiatives.
Experience: Minimum of 6–8 years of experience in SAP LMS implementation, configuration, and management, with a focus on learning administration, course management, and certification tracking.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or SAP certification is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Strong expertise in SAP LMS modules and integration with HCM modules.
Proficiency in learning administration, course management, user enrollment, and certification tracking processes.
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Learning is an advantage.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage stakeholders and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address system and process challenges.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and teams.
Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with learning policies, regulations, and industry standards related to LMS processes.
Project Management: Experience in managing SAP implementation projects, including testing, deployment, and support.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP certification in LMS or related modules.
Experience working in large-scale SAP transformation programs.
Knowledge of global learning processes and compliance requirements.
