SAP SF Story Reports Analyst
Accenture is seeking a hands-on SAP SF Story Reports Analyst to support a major SAP transformation program by designing, developing, and delivering Human Capital Management (HCM) analytics and reporting solutions. This role will focus on creating interactive SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) stories, dashboards, and reports to provide actionable insights into workforce management, payroll, time tracking, and HR operations.
The SAP HCM Story Reports Specialist will work closely with HR, Finance, and technical teams to ensure reports are accurate, insightful, and aligned with business objectives. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and technical skills to transform data into meaningful insights that drive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deliver SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) stories, dashboards, and reports for HCM processes, including workforce management, payroll, time tracking, and HR operations.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and technical teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of HCM analytics and reporting solutions.
Translate complex data into actionable insights through interactive visualizations and dashboards.
Support data integration and validation processes to ensure seamless reporting across SAP modules.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HCM reporting and analytics.
Provide training and support to end-users on SAC reporting tools and functionalities.
Stay updated on SAP Analytics Cloud capabilities and best practices to continuously improve reporting solutions.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) reporting and analytics, with a focus on HCM processes.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Data Analytics, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for story creation, dashboards, and reporting.
Familiarity with HCM processes such as workforce management, payroll, time tracking, and HR operations.
Basic understanding of SAP HCM modules and data structures.
Knowledge of data visualization best practices and tools.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to transform data into actionable insights.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and teams.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in reporting and analytics.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors reporting.
Knowledge of HR analytics and workforce management metrics.
Familiarity with data integration and validation processes in SAP systems.
Certification in SAP Analytics Cloud or related tools.
