SAP Test Lead
Role Overview
Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP Test Lead to drive end-to-end testing strategy and execution for a major SAP transformation program. This role ensures that all SAP modules and integrations meet functional, technical, and business requirements, delivering a high-quality, defect-free system.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, design, and execution of SAP test cycles, including unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Define and enforce testing standards, methodologies, and best practices across workstreams.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to validate requirements and design comprehensive test scenarios.
Oversee defect management, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking to ensure system quality.
Maintain test documentation, scripts, and progress dashboards for transparency and reporting to PMO and leadership.
Mentor and coordinate testing teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality test results.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and recommending efficiency enhancements.
Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to manage cross-functional dependencies and align stakeholders.
Proven experience in SAP testing across multiple modules and integrations.
Expertise in test planning, execution, and defect management.
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, standards, and best practices.
Familiarity with SAP transformation programs, UAT, and regression testing.
Hands-on experience with test documentation, progress tracking, and reporting tools.
Excellent leadership and mentoring skills to guide testing teams and ensure timely delivery.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering); certifications in SAP testing or quality assurance are a plus.
