SAP CPI Associate Manager
Accenture is seeking a hands-on SAP CPI Lead to drive integration initiatives in a major SAP transformation program. This role focuses on designing, developing, and managing end-to-end integration scenarios, ensuring seamless data flow across SAP S/4HANA, cloud applications, and third-party systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of SAP CPI integration flows, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate with business and functional teams to translate integration requirements into technical solutions that support Finance, SCM, and HCM processes.
Develop custom adapters, API integrations, and iFlows, and manage error handling, monitoring, and performance optimization.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior CPI developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and SAP governance standards.
Coordinate with stakeholders to plan and execute integration testing, validation, and deployment activities.
Track and resolve integration issues, defects, and action items, escalating risks proactively to ensure program timelines.
Maintain integration documentation, interface specifications, and monitoring dashboards for governance and audit purposes.
Actively participate in design workshops, sprint planning, and status meetings to ensure alignment and delivery excellence.
Ensure all integration solutions meet security, compliance, and SAP architectural standards.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) development and leadership roles.
Expertise in designing and implementing integration flows, custom adapters, and API integrations.
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration and cloud application connectivity.
Hands-on experience with error handling, monitoring, and performance optimization in SAP CPI.
Familiarity with SAP governance standards, security, and compliance requirements.
Excellent mentoring and leadership skills to guide junior developers and ensure adherence to best practices.
Experience in integration testing, validation, and deployment activities.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with business teams, functional consultants, and stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering); certifications in SAP CPI or SAP Integration Suite are a plus.
