Role Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on SAP Ariba Subject Matter Expert (SME) with 7+ years of experience in procurement technology and transformation programs. This role will lead key functions within a major SAP transformation initiative, focusing on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, sourcingsupplier management, and contract lifecycle management. The SME will be responsible for configuring Ariba modules, ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA, and enabling efficient procurement operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Ariba modules including Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management, and P2P.
  • Ensure robust integration between SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA to support end-to-end procurement workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and implement best practices.
  • Drive process improvements and automation within procurement operations.
  • Provide expert guidance on Ariba capabilities, limitations, and optimization strategies.
  • Support change management, training, and documentation efforts for procurement stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to Ariba configuration and integration.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP Ariba implementation and procurement transformation.
  • Strong understanding of P2P processes and procurement operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Ariba configuration and integration with S/4HANA.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
  • SAP Ariba certification is a plus.
