Role Overview:
As an Oracle OIC Senior Analyst at Accenture, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Cloud solutions, leveraging Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), Process Cloud Service (PCS), and reporting tools. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver seamless integration, custom applications, automated workflows, and insightful reports that enhance business processes and drive value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document integration and application development requirements.
  • Design, develop, and implement Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) solutions to integrate Oracle SaaS applications (e.g., Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM) with other enterprise systems.
  • Build custom web and mobile applications using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) to meet client-specific needs.
  • Develop and automate business workflows using Oracle Process Cloud Service (PCS) to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Create and manage reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights, leveraging Oracle reporting tools and technologies.
  • Configure and manage OIC components, including adapters, connections, integrations, and process flows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration, application, and reporting issues, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Prepare and review technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
  • Support deployment and post-implementation activities, including monitoring, optimization, and issue resolution.
  • Stay updated on Oracle Cloud features, best practices, and industry trends to provide innovative solutions to clients.
  • Contribute to project planning, estimation, and risk management activities.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), and Process Cloud Service (PCS).
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle SaaS applications (e.g., ERP, HCM, SCM) and their integration and reporting requirements.
  • Proficiency in integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and APIs.
  • Experience in building custom applications using VBCS and automating workflows with PCS.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle reporting tools, including BI Publisher, OTBI, or FRS.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Integration Cloud, VBCS, or PCS certifications are highly desirable.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for integration deployment and monitoring.
  • Experience in leading small teams or mentoring junior team members.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and its services.
