Role Overview:
As an Oracle ESG Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) data using Oracle's ESG reporting tools. Your role will ensure compliance with evolving ESG regulations and support the organization's sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather ESG data across various departments, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and submit ESG reports in compliance with frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, and CDP.
  • Work closely with finance, sustainability, and legal teams to align ESG initiatives with corporate strategies.
  • Analyze ESG performance metrics and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Stay updated on ESG reporting standards and ensure adherence to relevant regulations.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance ESG reporting processes and implement best practices.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in ESG reporting or sustainability analytics.
  • Experience with Oracle ESG reporting tools and data management systems.
  • Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Tableau.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications in ESG reporting or sustainability are a plus.
  • Familiarity with ESG data management software like Enablon or SAP.
  • Understanding of ESG reporting regulations and standards
