Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Financials Cloud Consultant with 2+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Financials modules. The ideal candidate will play a key role in system configuration, solution design, user support, and process improvement across core financial areas including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Oracle Financials Cloud modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax) based on business requirements
  • Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements
  • Design and document end-to-end business processes and configurations
  • Participate in system testing, data migration, cutover planning, and post-go-live support
  • Provide day-to-day operational support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • Develop and maintain functional documentation, training materials, and user guides
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Projects, HR) for integrated processes
  • Identify process improvements and propose scalable solutions in Oracle Cloud
  • Support upgrades, patches, and quarterly Oracle Cloud updates

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Financials Cloud
  • Strong functional knowledge of at least 3 Oracle modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, or Tax
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View)
  • Understanding of P2P, O2C, and R2R business processes
  • Familiarity with FBDI/ADFdi templates, security roles, and workflow configurations
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Attributes:

  • Oracle Financials Cloud certification (e.g., General Ledger, Payables, Receivables)
  • Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementation
  • Knowledge of integrations with third-party systems or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a client-facing or cross-functional role
