The Work
Are you ready to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Business Process Design and play a key role in shaping global transformation programs? We're looking for a driven individual to lead CO Margin Analysis and Assessment within a global SAP design framework.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence key business decisions, and deliver solutions that drive value across multiple regions and business units.
What You’ll Do:

Lead the global business process design for Margin Analysis and Assessment in SAP Controlling (CO) as part of a large-scale transformation initiative.

Define and align end-to-end functional and application design to meet global and local business requirements.

Engage with finance, commercial, and IT teams to assess current-state processes and define future-state operating models.

Leverage industry best practices to deliver scalable and standardized solutions for margin tracking and profitability.

Contribute to data design, integration strategy, and reporting frameworks in alignment with controlling objectives.

Facilitate workshops, document process flows, and support change impact assessments.

Ensure governance and consistency of process design across markets.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
-
Between 7-12 years of experience in SAP CO with expertise in margin analysis, profitability assessment (COPA), and controlling processes
-
Demonstrated experience in business process design within large-scale SAP implementations
-
Strong knowledge of finance operations, product costing, cost elements, and KPI definition
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
-
Egyptian National
-
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
Bonus Points if You Have:
-
Experience with SAP S/4HANA, especially Universal Journal and its integration across finance modules
-
Familiarity with Business Process Design tools (e.g., Signavio, ARIS, SAP Solution Manager)

Industry experience in finance

Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or other reporting platforms
