SAP Finance Lead

Responsibilities:

• As a Business Process Designer, you will be responsible for analyzing, developing, and improving workflows.
• Identifying inefficiencies in existing processes and proposing solutions to optimize effectiveness.
• Collaborating with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases.
• Designing continuous monitoring and feedback collection to help refine processes over time.
• Expected to be an SME with deep knowledge and experience. Should have influencing and advisory skills.
• Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Develop innovative strategies for process improvement within the finance domain.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP for Public Sector Funds Management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful ERP roadmap implementation.

Qualifications:

• Expert proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Finance is required.
• Expert level of proficiency in SAP for Public Sector Funds Management is needed.
• Business Process Design, SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting, SAP S/4HANA FI General Ledger, SAP ECC Funds Management skills are required with expert proficiency.
