SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) Manager

• 10+ years of Experience planning and leading the implementation of all activities for a specific business function to improve performance end to end.
• Ensure alignment with business requirements including process analysis, design/re-design, and/or organization structure definition.
• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Master proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) is required.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize business function performance
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones
• Analyze and recommend process improvements for enhanced efficiency
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members for skill development
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success
