Job Description

Are you ready to be an SME in SAP ABAP Development for HANA, collaborate and manage the team to perform, and engage with multiple teams to contribute on key decisions? Minimum 8+ Years of relevant experience)

Experienced in the new Application Programming Model for S/4HANA environment (CDS Views, CDS Annotations, AMDP)
Experienced and expert in ABAP OO Development
Experienced in ODATA Development
Handle issues related to SAP FIORI and back-end (ODATA services, CDS/AMDPs, OOABAP) and enhance the existing applications and to build the custom FIORI applications
Familiar with New ABAP Syntax (since ABAP version 7.4)
Experienced in Adobe Form is a good to have skill
Possess SAP ABAP debugging skills and Candidate should possess experience on working on RICEFW and minor enhancements.
Be efficient in testing the changes in both development and quality environment before moving the changes to the Production Environment
Have ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
Have ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective.
Have ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
Must be results oriented, and demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness attitude.
Possess sufficient experience in ABAP HR and SAP certification is a huge plus.
Have working experience in S4 HANA environment which will be added advantage.
Be able to update Technical Specification for all processes.
Be able to propose a solution in a process flow diagram.
Be able to develop a pros and cons as multiple solutions for a requirement.
Have ability to work as a team and demonstrate situational leadership.
Be able to develop training material for any process in SAP and for interfaces.
Be able to identify risks in complex tasks and highlight to the management.
Be able to demonstrate learning attitude.

Qualifications

  • 8+ Years of experience in developing, implementing and supporting SAP ABAP.
  • Advanced proficiency in SAP ABAP.
  • Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and requirements.
  • Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skill
  • SAP ABAP certification is a plus
