Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage enterprise-wide cybersecurity projects from inception through completion

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation

• Coordinate with executive stakeholders to align security projects with business objectives

• Manage multiple concurrent security initiatives while ensuring quality and timely delivery

• Create and maintain project documentation, including charter, requirements, and status reports

• Lead risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for security projects

• Monitor and control project budgets, often exceeding $1M+

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including security, IT, compliance, and business units

• Oversee vendor management and third-party security integrations

• Develop and track project KPIs and metrics

• Lead change management initiatives related to security implementations

• Conduct regular project status meetings and steering committee presentations

• Manage project dependencies and critical path activities

• Oversee the implementation of complex security technologies and solutions

• Ensure projects meet compliance requirements and security standards

• Develop and maintain project governance frameworks

• Lead procurement processes for security tools and services

• Provide mentorship to junior project managers and team members

• Create executive-level presentations and reports on project status

• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project impacts

• Lead post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions
