Deliver functional and application designs.
Ensure solutions represent current and future business requirements.
- 12+ Years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP HCM.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP HCM Time Management.
- Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and requirements.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skill
- SAP HCM certification is a plus
