Job Description

Join us in a transformative journey where you will be an expert in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. You will collaborate, manage the team to perform, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Responsible for team decisions, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Exciting challenges await you!

Identify scope and define requirements for business and technology transformation projects
Create functional and/or technical specifications
Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs
 

Qualifications

  • 5+ Years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Advanced proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation
  • Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and requirements.
  • Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skill
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus
