About the internship


We will offer you a challenging internship that gives you a flavor of, and a good fundamental to understand how it is to work as a consultant for a large global consulting company. The projects you will be deployed to will be real-life ongoing project for one of our large clients in the Middle-East region. You will work in teams with experienced Accenture and client teams with a variety of educational backgrounds, with good help, guidance and support from one or more Accenture Consultants and/or Project-Leads.  High-performing candidates have a good chance to be offered a permanent position with us after the internship is conducted.


Uncover user needs through research, develop deep insights, generate concepts, and craft how people will

interact with the products and services we design.


Learns about service and experience strategy, interface structure and interfaces at the project level.

Learn the fundamentals of service and interaction design as a discipline and a practice.

Collaborate with our user research team to understand user needs, identify design opportunities,

and create meaningful user experiences.

Observe and contribute to interaction and service design activities including client workshops,

user interviews, and creative brainstorms.


Support the definition of interactions and services based on relevant business, technical, and

design considerations.

Make design ideas tangible for the Fjord team and the client through visual storytelling and rapid


Discuss design reasoning and decisions.


Seek input and feedback from mid-level and senior team members.

Accurately assess performance of self or with assistance from leader or coach.


Provide input to interaction and service design deliverables.

Learn a range of design methods and practices to design experiences.


Support the communication of design solutions.


Participate in internal initiatives.

Attend and help plan studio and community events and workshops.


Some knowledge and experience of user interface and service design across varied users, business

problems, and devices

Knowledge of and curiosity about technology and its impact on design solutions

Understanding of areas of specialization within the greater design landscape, including but not limited to research, visual design and prototyping
