We are working to embed sustainability into everything we do, with everyone we work with, to create business value and sustainable impact.
Through our global Skills to Succeed initiative, we provide employment and entrepreneurship opportunities alongside our partners. We have equipped more than 5.8 million people worldwide with the skills to make substantive improvements to their lives.
We are continually evolving Skills to Succeed to meet changing market needs and support people throughout their career journey—from young students to new graduates to more experienced workers.

As a partner to Youth Business International (YBI), we support and skill young entrepreneurs as they start, grow and sustain their businesses—unlocking income streams, job creation and inclusive economic growth.
We're furthering our investment in a more equitable future by helping an estimated 240,000 young adults (ages 18-35) through a new US$5.25 million grant to YBI.
This builds upon our previous work together to equip almost 370,000 young people with the skills to succeed in a digital future. Over the last five years, Accenture and Accenture Foundations have awarded YBI more than US$18.5 million in both cash and pro bono services.

Project Overcome uses VR to give people affected by the criminal justice system experience in mock interviews and coaching to re-enter the workforce.

Upwardly Global helps newcomers rebuild their lives in the U.S.
RTH has engaged clients and others to meet with refugees to mentor and train them towards a job.
We partner with governments, nonprofits, universities and others to educate, train and support the incoming workforce through internship, apprenticeship and first job opportunities—including roles at Accenture.
Accenture, UNICEF’s Generation Unlimited and Microsoft are equipping 10 million youth in 10 countries with digital skills essential for employment.
We work with Sky’s the Limit to support underrepresented young adult entrepreneurs with resources, training and mentoring by Accenture volunteers.
