Areas of Expertise

As an Advanced Customer Strategy Manager in Accenture Strategy you will help clients drive profitable growth in the C-suite. You will work to address the needs of Chief Sales, Marketing and Customer Service Officers. Key issues may include marketing and sales strategies for direct and indirect channels, operating models design, incentives systems design, strengthening the engagement with traditional and “omni-channel” consumers and other clients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities

Experienced Advanced Customer Strategy member assists Accenture clients to identify and capture growth opportunities in their sales, service and marketing operations. In the team, you are expected to build on our proven assets to formulate winning value-propositions to clients, manage complex projects and teams and deliver relevant content. You will also be expected to actively build and participate in the community, act as a coach and role model for analysts and consultants and take ownership of decisions.

An Advanced Customer Strategy manager is expected to

·       Lead and deliver projects in sales, marketing and aftersales functions in different industries, managing a project team and leading interactions with clients

·       Constantly develop content expertise in sales, marketing and services market context, best practices and latest trends across industries

·       Prepare project proposals to inform our clients about potential projects opportunities and Accenture expertise

·       Participate in Accenture thought leadership development and share experience within the company

·       Work in the intersection of business and technology and in cross-functional teams

Basic Qualifications

·       Excellent Russian and English communication, both written and oral

·       Four to eight years of relevant consulting/management experience, either from other strategy consulting companies, multinational or major Russian companies. Experience from positions such as Sales manager, Customer Service manager, Marketing manager or business developer is an advantage

·       Relevant bachelor/ master degree from a leading International/Russian university with excellent academic results and extracurricular activities

·       Basic knowledge of market leading customer technologies such as SAS, SPSS, Salesforce, Adobe, Oracle and leading content management systems is an advantage

·       Project management experience of complex and multi stakeholder projects

·       Applicants should have a strong desire to work in the C-suite of sales, marketing and services and have the following mindset:
