Recruiting Supervisor is accountable for the identification talent needs, sourcing strategy building, delivery of external candidate’s market search, selection and hiring to meet the recruiting demand based on the Recruiting Plan for Russia. The Recruiting Supervisor administers the recruiting process for a from medium to large-sized recruiting demand plan. The Recruiting Supervisor will supervise a team of about 4-5 members.
Acting as single point of contact and establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholder group for specific business unit of Accenture Russia for all recruiting related questions and concerns: talent demand management and supply planning from market, quality management, identifying and analyzing key recruiting issues and process gaps in recruiting process for designated business unit and generating appropriate solutions; providing external marketplace information to leadership and stakeholders.
Be responsible for recruitment Delivery of the end-to-end recruitment cycle for Management Consulting / Strategy / Digital streams: ensuring a sufficient recruiting pipeline, including determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities; screening applications/CVs and helping Hiring manager to select qualified candidates; offer management and assisting in candidates’ hiring and on-boarding
Focusing recruiting on experienced, senior and middle/top-management level candidates: Consultants, Managers, Senior Managers
Cooperate with business departments in recruitment projects and activities, develop recruitment and interview skills of responsible persons in business departments.
Leading day to day management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of recruiting processes, including planning, sourcing, assessing, reporting for designated business unit at Accenture; exploring and implementing the market best practices in the recruitment; design the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel with special focus on New Age sourcing techniques
Supervising and development the team of Recruiters
Meeting recruiting targets (position per recruiter / cost per joiner / sourcing channel mix / gender mix) and monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process
