We need a future generation of leaders that isn’t just about business growth or the next quarter’s profits but also is about improving the state of the world. The Young Global Leaders community is a group of 1,000 leaders from across the globe and across the public, private and civil society sectors. I was privileged to be at the World Economic Forum in January 2016 with a subset of this community.
We’re working together on some pretty big challenges—climate change, the refugee crisis and migration, digital disruption, responsible consumption, the oceans.
