Bill Theofilou is a senior managing director within Accenture Strategy and global lead for Customer Insight & Growth Strategy. His role focuses on helping CEOs become more competitive by addressing their company’s growth and cost challenges concurrently.

He has led successful strategy and implementation engagements across a diverse range of industries, working closely with Life Science, Healthcare and Consumer Goods clients around the globe.
Theofilou is a thought leader in integrating consumer insights into operational decisions and exporting consumer packaged goods' best practices into other sectors.
He joined Accenture Strategy with the acquisition of Axia in 2015, where he was founder and CEO, responsible for the firm’s major client relationships globally. He worked closely with his leadership team at Axia as early pioneers developing methodologies combining strategy and implementation consulting, driving consistent client success and firm growth over 15 years.
Prior to Axia, Theofilou led major engagements at The Lucas Group, where he developed the firm's European go-to-market practice—and later served as director, responsible for the firm's day-to-day operations. Previously, he held various roles in publishing.
Theofilou studied Economics, Marketing and Philosophy at Babson College. He is based in Boston.
