Annette Rippert leads Accenture Technology in the United States, the company’s largest market, and in Canada, and is a member of the North America Leadership Team. She is responsible for driving Accenture’s Technology business, helping clients achieve digital transformation using the latest emerging technologies across cloud, mobility, analytics, artificial intelligence, security and more. She is also responsible for Accenture’s growing team of technology professionals across North America, leveraging the breadth of Accenture’s technology services to deliver best-in-class business results. This includes strategic talent to support a complex ecosystem of alliance partnerships with Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, Saleforce.com, Google, Amazon and Workday. She is a member of the Accenture Global Leadership Council as well as Accenture’s Technology Leadership Council.
Annette has held numerous leadership positions throughout her career in technology, including leading the Atlantic region for Accenture’s Communications, Media and Technology operating group, leading Accenture’s Global Network Service Line practice, Accenture’s Cable Industry practice, and Accenture’s Communication Industry Mobility Practice. These roles have included responsibility for key client accounts, technology innovation, investment strategies, alliance partnerships, market positioning and talent development, as well as sales, delivery, client satisfaction and business performance.
Annette earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at Northwestern University and her Masters of Management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern. Today she serves on the McCormick Advisory Council for the Northwestern School of Engineering. She lives in Virginia with her husband and five children.
