Amy Fuller will become Accenture’s chief marketing & communications officer on January 1, 2018.* Ms. Fuller is an experienced global marketer with a track record of achieving results for brand and businesses across a range of consumer and B2B industries, including those undergoing significant disruption. Her experience is a blend of agency and client-side executive management roles. Ms. Fuller headed global consumer marketing for MasterCard which entailed developing the iconic “Priceless” campaign across all channels and markets to provide innovation and greater client and brand value in preparation for the company’s initial public offering.
Most recently, Ms. Fuller served as senior managing director at Deloitte, reinvigorating the global brand to equip for today’s competitive dynamics and determining its global purpose and corporate responsibility strategies in line with talent and business objectives. Her particular experience is in leading multidisciplinary marketing efforts for complex global businesses and leading teams across specialties and geographies.
Ms. Fuller’s executive agency experience includes business development and client lead roles at Y&R, Dentsu and Ogilvy & Mather, where she managed brands and sold products and services globally for some of the most distinctive businesses in the world, leading award-winning teams achieving Effies for effectiveness and a range of creative awards for excellence and innovation. Ms. Fuller has shaped brands and led award-winning integrated campaigns for such world-class brands as Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, AT&T, Kraft, Kimberly Clark, IBM and Siemens—many in times of change.
Ms. Fuller is a cum laude graduate of Bryn Mawr College. She serves on the board of directors for global NGO HealthRight International, and volunteers as a writing and career coach for a leading college access program, the Posse Foundation.
*On September 25, 2017, Accenture announced that Roxanne Taylor, chief marketing & communications officer, will retire from the company on Aug. 31, 2018. Amy Fuller will join Accenture and succeed Ms. Taylor as chief marketing & communications officer on Jan. 1, 2018.
