"I joined Accenture 2 years ago on a finance and accounting project. It was my first job, so these were the first steps in my career. I was very impressed by the range of services that we offered, and the value that our top customer service provided to our client.

As my knowledge on the project increased, I was able to develop my expertise in areas like Operational Excellence and reporting. I attended several job-specific training sessions on processes, procedures, applications & systems. Also, I had the opportunity to grow on a personal level by participating in training that helped me enhance my Customer and Time Management, language and problem solving skills and, in return, I coached and offered guidance to my colleagues.

What I like most about Accenture is the fact that I can get involved in different areas of the project I'm working on, which enables me to contribute more and gives me a broader perspective on our business. "I have been part of a customer support services project for the past year-and-a-half. This is my first job, and I am very pleased to be part of a dynamic and intelligent team. My main role in this job is to manage Serbian and English customer analysis requests related to SAP issues for our client, a multinational automobile company. Additionally, I've been offered the opportunity to join an innovation program, where we share our ideas to improve our work and life in the company.

There are a lot of opportunities to learn here, lots of training that we can take in order to improve ourselves (not just our careers), such as learning new languages.

"I joined Accenture in October 2010 as part of a new finance and accounting project. In addition to my operational activities, I got additional roles, such as Operational Excellence trainer, and that allowed me to share my knowledge and help others improve certain skills.

After two years, I decided to make a change in my career and I took on a Team Leader role on a Human Resources project and, since 2015, I am responsible for the DACH Territory inside the same HR Project. My responsibilities include coordinating the Team Leaders for Germany and Switzerland, offering support and guidance on complex project issues, ensuring that all team objectives are met while enabling continuous improvements, budgeting, client relationship and recruiting new talents for our teams.

As a team manager I responsible for the career development of my team members, so I am also a Career Counselor and I am guiding them on their career path.
