I joined Accenture in November 2011. In the beginning I part of a was part of a Business Process Outsourcing project in Finance and Accounting area. My main activities were related to accounting operations and communication with the suppliers concerning the processed items.
I’ve learned a lot about myself during these years at Accenture and, beside my operational activities, I got involved in additional roles. One of them was as Visual Management responsible, program through which I was helping my colleagues to understand better our team's objectives and the results achieved. I was also a Knowledge Transfer Coordinator, and I was responsible of the preparation of the colleagues that took on new roles. These responsibilities helped me to develop my communication skills and improve my overview of the project.
In 2014, I felt the need for a career change and I became part of a Global team in a Human Resources project. Our role is to ensure that Accenture's processes and activities processes are aligned to the objectives agreed with the client.
