HR Service Delivery Senior Analyst with German (Start Date Spring 2026)

By being part of this team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, in a hybrid way from Bucharest/ Brasov.
The project is scheduled to begin in spring of 2026.
How you’ll make an impact:
Support employees, clients and external partners by responding to HR-related queries using clear procedures and guidelines;
Ensure documents and data are processed accurately and in line with internal standards;
Keep HR processes and documentation up to date with any changes;
Build strong relationships with clients and flag any risks or issues that may affect satisfaction;
Work under regular guidance and coaching to track your progress and performance;
Perform basic quality checks and help improve processes when needed.
You’ll interact or provide support in key HR areas such as:
Compensation & Payroll;
Time & Attendance tracking;
Benefits and Health & Pension Provider Management;
Workforce & Employee Data Administration;
Onboarding, Exit Management, and Job Data Changes;
Contact Center Support, HR Portal, and Case Management;
Reporting, Document Handling, and Internal Communications.
Skills that make your work successful:
Excellent oral and written communications skills in German and English, B2 level;
A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in HR/Payroll/Administration;
Comfortable using digital tools and platforms (e.g., HR systems, ticketing tools, internal portals);
Highly proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook);
Bachelor’s Degree;
Good communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive attitude;
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
