• Excellent oral and written communications skills in German and English, B2 level;

• A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in HR/Payroll/Administration;

• Comfortable using digital tools and platforms (e.g., HR systems, ticketing tools, internal portals);

• Highly proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook);

• Bachelor’s Degree;
